ADVISE
Still unclear: buy or build?
That is exactly where our advisory work starts.
We analyze processes, data, business cases and existing system landscapes and recommend the most economical path – even if that means you do not need a new platform.
Founder-led by the managing director of Chase Prime, with enterprise experience in project leadership, product ownership, business analysis and AI consulting.
Start the buy-vs-build checkBuy or build? The wrong first question.
The right question is: what delivers measurable value faster?
Sometimes that is our platform. Sometimes an AI agent on your existing systems. Sometimes the combination.
Because we can deliver both, our recommendation starts with the business case – not the product.
Buy-vs-build decision guide →"This is all real." — a group head of procurement, recognizing genuine anonymized order data in our demo. That's how we earn trust: with your data, not with claims.
From a head of procurement's diary
Four entries the way we keep hearing them in conversations — condensed, not quoted. If one of them sounds familiar, you know why we offer buy and build under one roof.
Monday
The proposal looked great. The invoice came later.
We bought the suite, signed three years of licences, paid for onboarding. One module is in use. For what we actually needed there was a customising quote — higher than the licence itself.
Wednesday
IT never said no. IT said "Q3".
Building it ourselves would be cheaper. Except: two developers, one ERP upgrade, one security audit. My automation topic sits at number eleven on the roadmap. It has been there for fourteen months.
Thursday
Four weeks of demos. Always on the vendor's data.
Every screen looked like our process — until we wanted to load our own order lines. Then it needed "a data workshop". To this day I do not know whether the tool works on our data.
Friday
I have to put a number in front of the board.
Nobody asks me about features. They ask how much we save and from when. All I have are slides with benchmarks from industries that are not mine.
That is why we are built this way: First a fixed-price proof of value on your real order data — then you decide whether to buy our platform, have an agent built on your own systems, or combine both.
